The service was super friendly. They were willing to help me out when they made an error. But a few things went wrong...
1. One slice of cheese is $5.50.
2. They gave me the wrong pizza at first.
3. The cookie sleeve was open and the cookie fell on the floor.
They gave me a new slice of pizza and a new cookie. The rating has nothing to do with that. It's the outlandish price for average-at-best pizza. Cookie was good, though. -

Since they two locations are often confused.
This is my poor interaction at; 3663 S Las Vegas Blvd in the Miracle Mile Shops.
Why is it that these mall type eatery's have low standards on customer service ?
First off, I understand the audience this chain caters to, that's fine that really is not the problem here.
Try to imagine wanting a slice or a whole pizza you are paying money...for... to only have the manager take your order wrong, as you assume the best not knowing this till after you get the order, you witness the person who is making your pizza, an older man, no gloves on eating the toppings as he goes along preparing your food. Shame on him and shame on management at this location.
As well as when you pick up your order the issue created by the same man.. eating as he's preparing your food... asks if you want plates, so you say sure just give me a stack, whatever at this point, he then insists on giving you "7 plates because that's all you need " proceeding counting them like it's his restaurant. Okay, who knows maybe it is his franchise, but in regards to eating off your order as it's being prepared, well that's usually a disgusting thing most people would say.
Hopefully the other eatery's in the Miracle Mile Shops have their health code game on pointe as well as customer service. You're employed, smile and do your job! -

Damn, I don't why people grading a Sbarros so hard. First off, it's Sbarros -- fast food grab n go Italian food. Let's be a little realistic and understanding that you didn't walk into a North Italia. The service is standard, but not terrible. The food is good -- love the spinach Stromboli. I got what I paid for so I'm happy.

TLDR: michael Scott's favorite authentic Italian place in Vegas.
See above. It's late at night. You've been gambling. Walking the strip. Drinking. You need food. You come back to Bally's and wander down to the food court. Homely smells of your moms home cooked hand rolled gnocchi waft towards you. You continue towards the scent and then realize youre not home. You're at Sbarros. As the manager of the regional branch of a struggling mid level paper company you know what authentic Italian is. You've been to Times Square plenty of times to meet with corporate. You're surprised that little hole in the wall would franchise, but nevertheless you're here. Sbarros is here. Happiness is here.
